Protective Film for your Windshield

Basic windshields provide some protection against breaking glass (in an accident), road debris and uva/uvb solar rays. But, with a protective film that is heat shrunk to the auto glass, these safety features are magnified.

A 3-4mm clear, polyester film can be heat shrunk (with a professional installer) onto the outside surface of the windshield and prevents scratches, dings, bull's eyes and chips from damaging your windshield. The film has a hard coating that also resists scratching or pitting, so the driver's view stays clearer than ever. In fact, adding the clear film to a windshield improves the driver's visibility since it helps clear rain and snow. Finally, the film reduces the amount of solar radiation that enters the car--meaning a safer environment for humans, less fading of upholstery and a cooler car on hot days.

Maintenance:

Protective films come with warranties (time and/or miles, e.g. 1 year or 12,000 miles), and can be removed and replaced easily--without harming the auto glass. The films are guaranteed not to yellow or bubble. The films are also guaranteed
